You'd be hard pressed to find a restaurateur more clever then owner of Garrison Restaurant & Pizzeria, the Route 9 restaurant in Garrison. Clever Astudillo, a native of Ecuador named in honor of his Italian grandfather, took over as principal owner in 2006 August. Astudillo is quickly putting his own mark on Garrison Restaurant & Pizzeria.

We served wide range of pizzas that customers have come to expect, Astudillo has diversified the menu to include such items as Latin Foods, Burgers, and Wraps. A full range of Italian fare is available more than two dozen pasta dishes alone, along with almost as many veal, seafood, chicken entrees. A wide variety appetizers round out the menu.

On May 2016 Clever decided change name restaurant to Garrison Restaurant & Pizzeria. He still is the former owner of Papa John's in Garrison, New York. Clever decided to change because we had no affiliation with a Papa John's Chain Restaurant. We are a small family owned business. We take pride in our work and our name of our restaurant. We want to say thank you to all customers from Garrison and Cold Spring. All around area.
